they don't consider the need of their employee for salary, it is in very poor stage. I have left the organisation almost a year before (11 mon past) and I'm still struggling for my full and final settlement amount. Accounts person says that they are still deciding whether to pay our expense claim or not, and will probably pay salary amount.

The persons at manager level is quite good.

firm have cash crunch so pay cycle is almost 2 months its been 9 months working here but i didn’t get even a single rupee conveyance. even after doing all the procedures for it HR policies is not good No annual program. No festival is celebrated except rangoli competition in diwali

Some of the managers are good. You will learn how to handle pressure and will get good exposures on auditing.

...es before approaching to the partner. The management is not at all approachable. Also you wont get salary at time. in every month there is a delay of 8-10 days. Sometimes it will come on installments.

The company is not able to cope with the pandemic situation and has announced 30% pay cut from March 20, 2020. They have even resorted to differential pay to employees those resigned and those working

The differential pay structure and the non supportive behaviour during covid crisis.

...paycut from March 2020. There are No communication received from senior level. The salary instead of crediting to 1st of next month is credited after 2 months, that too after a pay cut of 30%.

There is nothing to like about in Haribhakti.
