There is a lot of understanding and co operation amongst the entire team and management. Weekly training about both food and beverage was always conducted. Different types off selling techniques were also thought which made selling products very easy.

Dislikes

If only the salary would be a lot more compared to what it was , it would be the perfect place to grow.

Company Policy- This company works from heart, promotes long standing employees, irrespective of whether they are capable or not, trust is developed on those who proven their loyalty over time rather than performance. Wrong hires happen at times, and letting them go becomes a challenge. Comparison with colleagues are at peak, which makes you feel like you are in School.

All the teammates are very cooperative,I mignled with all of them, working environment is normal,and salary hikes we have per every 6 months

Timings are not comfortable to me,working life is balancing always with in circumstances

Hotel is run by most unprofessional people. Worthless person sitting in General Manager Chair. Every decision is taken as per self interests. No policy in the hotel and HR manager blindly follows the instructions

It is a very professional company, special focus on training and development, a very good learning environment and culture is amazing! Management in India has vast knowledge in the field and treatment is far better than any other company. They are very supportive too. Off course performance matters a lot in any company.

Dislikes

Too many stringent audits and heavy compliances. However, this makes you learn to work with discipline.
