Company compensate all the expenses in time. No Worry about Salary and other expensive. always on time. 5 star to HR/Account for that. from last few months few good changes in HR team that start considering back end team also.

Always value Higher Management feedback /problem/queries rather than middle management. Back End staff is not consider as important as Marketing and sales Team. Important Decision always taken by one sided. Its suggestion only, consider the opinion of both parties than take final decision. Only Marketing team are not pillar of any company as back end staff also gives their 100 % to make company powerful. All the Best for all your future assignments.

Company have not trained manager and head of department. O facilities and police. Only have medical policy started from 2019 with very ennocent condition that why employee never use this facilities.
