Pramotion and appraisal, No Skill development, No Salary hike as per Skill and Knowledge, everyone appraised by 8~10% even you are Hard working more at the end of the year you and your Junior who is doing nothing will get the same appraisal, No work life balance, No Holiday, Noone support you to develop your skill because everyone have job fear here, High temperature working environment,No canteen facilities, No leave or earned leave policy, Everyone just thing about itself only

Happy forging, we like to work in cold weather and we get salary and advance time. The medical facility here is also amazing. Medical check and camp is also organized from time to time and material quality check is excellent.

Here things to learn is much more. You can see every type of machines and manufacturers of machines.

The salary package for freshers is very poor and they give random salary not using a particular pay scale. The plant maintaining is also poor and the management doesn't provide good saying facilities.Here you have to make efforts to learn things related to your field. No one is going to tell anything more than their requirements.
