This is only for Pimcore department, HR favours some people , no good salary, you get promotion and awards if you do Bootlickin* only. Worst technology you will learn nothing and you cannot change your tech stack, for that you have to switch company. So if you are getting into Pimcore department just switch the company if you want to grow in career. Other departments are good.

Apart from working in assigned project, manager asks you to help and support in other projects unofficially and gradually invites you in client call and daily scrum call also. On top of it, whenever required, HR invites you for taking interviews without even checking your availability. As we work using client laptop, we don't get time to check HM mails or teams frequently. To my surprise, I have even got calls from HR to take interview right away while attending a party, driving or even on leave.

They have Good Projects. If working for a client and work going on smoothly then nobody from Happiestminds side will bother you. Leave freedom is there. No Dress code anything you wear.

Salary structure is not that good. Hikes are also not good. sometimes if client is not good then nobody can help you.

Very dishonest management, HRs are rude. Assigned me to a different project than what i was hired for and when approached they were very rude about it. Please dont spoil ur career.
