As the company provide average package .u have to face lot of provoking from seniors and then wil challenge you as u can't take any decision against them. Cause company supports them.so if u need a average package and ready to face abusing then U could choose this company

...lly depends on the mgt. Only in some process there is No pressure which is good. You get 1 meal and 1 breakfast or snacks Deducted frm our salary Hybrid - 2 weeks wfh 2 weeks office per month 2 bonuses are rolled out every year No idea if its stopped or still giving, check with HR before joining One is performance bonus in april One is company bonus same for everyone 3 star for salary only because of bonus part

This is for GSC No growth no proper salary Mgt Politics Be ready for the changes in process in teams or in mgt any time. Appraisal are a cheat. I didnt find many TL worthy of the position. Also there is few processes where they put hell lot of pressure, no proper training, very bad idea discovered by the management A guy should learn 30 countries with 1 hr training each country online And shld be able to perform using SOP. No growth out there if youre looking to switch. Internal growth totally depends on the repo you have with mgt and the tenure. Ppl who have good knowledge abt the shipping business are not given importance. Other gsc’s are better as compared to hapag lloyd. For freshers before joining back offices in shipping pls take guidance from someone inside, understand the work and salaries. Out there are many good opportunities in other fields. Back offices only has documentation which is basically copy paste Customer Service And operations (running automation tools) Execl reports and copy paste Didn’t enjoy my time in gsc. Bonus is what actually helped many working there, so ppl always wait for bonus.
