Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 13-16 hours straight in a day.

-Hostile working environment. -RACISM. -Disrespectful and exploitating nature. -Play favourites. -All time foodie leaders. -Nothing in the name of learning anything positive. -No work ethics at all. Finace HR team is fine anyhow but avoid especially if its warehousing dept.

We are always audited as per define to us. For regular audit we find the any type of missing and misplaced shipment, we also work the FLMS audit, for this work we ensure the quality of FLMS and corrections as well, i ensure all the documents need to be clear at our end

Dislikes

Daily on vehicle depart. Unless and untill vehicle is low utilize and shipment are to arrive with In hour FM and IPC Incoming process for same line

Company is good, especially HR gives best in the industry. Like. Snacks, Outing & Party etc.

Dislikes

No growth and promotion, even after 5 years in a position, because they have limited headcount and work on a project. Hence if customer ask for a executive then you have to work as executive for a long time.

Koreans The only thing toxic in Gurgaon branch are Koreans. They are rude, futile and irrelevant. Especially "Cho". Work life balance have no space here. Nobody talk about stress given by Koreans.
