I worked there for 4 yrs and 7 months, in covid era I admitted in covid center, in that situation also I worked I support as no one willing to take my work load, but when appraisal time come company forget me or my superior not highlight my support at that situation, I wasn't got salary hike but other operation person got. Very very disappointed for me. I haven't received salary hike for last 2 yrs finally I moved to other job. There is ZERO value to MIS executive in this company and the person who don't have knowledge are on high post, how talent acquisition work in this company is the question.

...riyani he is such a nonsense guy he don't know how to communicate with person .And they don't Increase the salary of employees who is working frm 3 year .And The Trainer and The Trainer Manager they don't know how to talk with employee guys pls if you want job dont go for interview in hansa direct.

Hansa direct wasted our maximum years of service during lockdown no pay for may june fhansa firect had deprieved its employees getting salary less than 15000 160000 neither psid salaty to yhem gor may june not even given given most of them work from homeor csrs only is it look iso 9001 2015 certified company

Salaries is not so good compare to our work hansa direct concern towards agents they already select then for show conductijp so least expectation for growth team leader managers malai kha rahe hai agents jaan se jaan rahe hai exampleis absolutely good to justify on what ground given iso 9001 2015 certificate
