...mic. Good support during the lockdown. Can't complain, not the worst either tbh. Salary is low when I worked and shift timing is ok per se, that being said, skill development is epic and I really mean it, that is only if you got in a good department, such as quality or anything other than production/assembly/machining etc. Aight, now about the quality department, its best I've ever worked with and I've been to four companies at this point. And the system/management is also good, comparatively. Despite the production pressure the standards / value flow is okish and would give you a clear portrait of any typical MNC. For any Trainee this is a best place to kick start your career (with salary out of the picture) as you can learn sooooo many things here. And the company is clean and spacious and safety is of paramount importance 'ere and thats one psychological stress down the drain imo. To put cherry on top, they provide good food and transportation for second shift end. Yes food is really good, again comparatively. TL;DR: Good place to work, neat, safe, less hazardous, skill development is the biggest plus, good food, aggressive shift timing, Low salary. Rare career growth. Worst human resource management policy.
