...mic. Good support during the lockdown. Can't complain, not the worst either tbh. Salary is low when I worked and shift timing is ok per se, that being said, skill development is epic and I really mean it, that is only if you got in a good department, such as quality or anything other than production/assembly/machining etc. Aight, now about the quality department, its best I've ever worked with and I've been to four companies at this point. And the system/management is also good, comparatively. Despite the production pressure the standards / value flow is okish and would give you a clear portrait of any typical MNC. For any Trainee this is a best place to kick start your career (with salary out of the picture) as you can learn sooooo many things here. And the company is clean and spacious and safety is of paramount importance 'ere and thats one psychological stress down the drain imo. To put cherry on top, they provide good food and transportation for second shift end. Yes food is really good, again comparatively. TL;DR: Good place to work, neat, safe, less hazardous, skill development is the biggest plus, good food, aggressive shift timing, Low salary. Rare career growth. Worst human resource management policy.

Extremely low salary, Aggressive shift timing, sometime might have to work 14+ hour and that takes toll on health. Career growth is rare, treats any FTE (Fixed term Employee) as Expandable workforce, ie would fire you after a year (or two in rare cases) Getting in as permanent employee is rare

Very good and highginic food provider. Superiors friendly with junior employers. Working atmosphere good

Salary very low. They don't identity the educational qualification for job,they commonly put the job for all people

Good team work..but work is hard.. But I love working .. company policy are good and they give salary with bonous in every year...there is no salary slips for trainers

(LINE REPORT)$...There is a lot of issues in working place...many problem in convier..but production is increase.. issues are high ...how can achieve our production...pls visit our covier and solve it...and cantien also very poor ..... (CANTIEEN REPORT) $..cantieen employees didn't give respect for trainers and not giving proper food for trainer's...they are doing irritation..pls visit them and worn them. It's my request...my training complete.. but it is future trainers should give a respect from cantien employees..... Indian management is clueless on operations. only money is reviewed. I was told to take up MP&L and was promised 40% hike in upcoming cycle.When the time came the people who promised(MD,Hr head Asia, plant management) did not even bother to give me what i deserved. Now my career is stuck because its been more than a year in MPL and I'm kind of fresher. It's been so long from QA, the knowledge is fading.

Clueless Indian management, bad pay, zero training . Please don't join this organization unless it is acquired by some good ethical company
