In my personal I developed my English speaking skill and mail typing knowledge. Other than that I didn't like this company

There is no describe of roles and responsibilities. No space available in shoop floor. High work pressure, no proper job allocation. Subordinate not supporting . you can't working 8hrs, every day I am working minimum 12hrs,

This company security to all management staff all so very worst corrected, no body's not give the respect, especially the BHARATHI-HR very very worst corrector & worst behavior. No benefit.
