Unacceptable Management Behavior I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the management behavior. Unfortunately, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the unacceptable treatment of employees by management. *Key Issues:* 1. *Verbal Abuse*: Management frequently uses derogatory language and bad words when speaking to employees. This creates a hostile and intimidating work environment. 2. *Lack of Respect*: Employees are often belittled, humiliated, and disrespected by management. This has led to low morale, high stress, and a sense of fear among employees. 3. *Unprofessional Behavior*: Management's behavior is unprofessional, unpredictable, and inconsistent. This makes it difficult for employees to perform their jobs effectively. *Rating:* - Overall Experience: 1/5 - Management Behavior: 0/5 - Employee Satisfaction: 1/5

Handiman is one structured organization catering to one of the most unstructured industries called Facility Management Services. Everyone here touches the life of each other to help, support and guide. Mr. Porus Irani, Director of the company is perhaps one of the best reasons to work in Handiman apart from so many other reasons.. He is a human first then a professional and then a leader. He extends his support to a great extent and in all possible ways, morally, financially, and personally. The company is on a growth progression and is adapting to the latest technology and systems.

I strongly believe that no company is perfect but people, processes, and policies make it worth building one's career and work.

Its an worst company , people wont think or work professionally , everything they will take personally. Its not an system oriented company,...No job security if they don't like the person they will through out immediately without any notice ,..

No Job security , and its not a career growth company,... they will use the person till their requirement once their requirement was fulfilled or get any new person old person will be thrown out as a garbage with 1000000 lies

1.Torture from top management 2. Any one who joins here will be thrown out of company within 90 days 3.work life balance is zero 4.No proper training to the field workers and poor work is being executed 5.One can see new people are joining every week and they are being absconded within 15 days.Even though you try to build your carrier,The plan has already been set to remove you within 3 months
