This Job is Related to Womens Needs By facilitating them a courses.It surely gives Statisfaction to the members Working there and all the meeting they conduct are Good and the office Is overall good, safe and clean.

here are not promoting any staff to upper post so i like tell you never join work with Hand in hand india

here are running seniority and political between upper level staff and under level staff... Hand in hand india run in rajasthan but till now any one employee not promoting because here are senior staff outside from rajasthan.... Rajasthani staff only recruit for field work on minimum salary and when employee resign then last month sallary take on hold and never pay this.

It's an NGO and hence everyone works for the trustees and my manager was worried about loosing his job if am there. So had spoken to the top management that he is redressing the team and hence do not wish to have a senior manager. The HR do not know why they hired a senior manager and why they are screwing someone's career. But are happily hiring four in my place. Ha ha ha ha
