No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

...y 20thousand per month, these Chinese managers don't trust any Indian employees. Worst company, as like Chinese CCP government the Chinese managers are also similar, never fall for traps like low pay for 20thousand and sales commission will go upto 1lac per month, it's totally unreachable target for 1 person for limited coverage area. Don't fall for these Chinese scammers. Management is worse

Chinese company, Not big company just a sales office in india, nothing to learn in these laser cutting machines, 10 times low pay compared to chinese employees, chinese management never trust indian employees, every decision needs approval from new chinese managers.
