...y 20thousand per month, these Chinese managers don't trust any Indian employees. Worst company, as like Chinese CCP government the Chinese managers are also similar, never fall for traps like low pay for 20thousand and sales commission will go upto 1lac per month, it's totally unreachable target for 1 person for limited coverage area. Chinese company, Not big company just a sales office in india, nothing to learn in these laser cutting machines, 10 times low pay compared to chinese employees, chinese management never trust indian employees, every decision needs approval from new chinese managers.
