There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No career growth and veryyyy less salary.On the job training is not given.

Company Leaders are great motivators, Innovations are encouraged, Perfect work timing for an individual, Job is 100% secured until you create sever allegations, Employee friendly work culture, Wonderful experience

Growth is good in terms of positions but salary increment / appraisals are not that satisfactory

The Senior Management has a visionary thinking and if someone really wants to work, then sky is the limit. They are approachable and completely understands the personal problems of employees as well and very accommodating in this regard. But no employee should take this for granted. If someone genuinely needs help, Hamstech always stands beside them. Salaries always get credited on time due to hardworking and sincere HR departments. The best company where I worked until now. I miss working at Hamstech.

Dislikes

The leaves are really very less, I wish they could be more or at least Work from Home was granted for 3 to 4 days in a month. For out station employees it becomes problematic if leaves are less.

Likes

The team, colleagues and departments including Interior, HR everything is great and best plus joining procedure is very smooth.

Dislikes

Could have got an option of Saturday's off and more leave slots as well as proper lunch duration.

It's a very tough situation for the world to survive....we had good facility in the college..... It's nice to work with hamstech... They are supportive in this tough time.... I all aspects....
