Yes they supported a lot. During covid time they paid full salary, thats good. But due to covid situation they sent their 40 percent employees to jiomart. Its not a good option. Even we were sent,they should have been called again after the situation become normal. Now its very difficult to find retail job and you cant apply for relience brand......

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In Covid, company was supporting with employees. Company was giving salary on time without any deduction. My store was close for 1 year but company didn’t deducted single penny from my salary. company is very helpful with staff.

Good only for freshers who wanted to work for a year or 2 else it's not good for the ones to make a career here ... You will be the worst treated person no respect.
