In India, they are struggling since last 14 years and they way they are running I am sure they wont be able to set-up a suitable business even in next 14 years...the previous employees/consultants they have are inexperienced, unethical and completely unaware about ventilator market. worse part it, their supervisors are unable to catch them or okay with peaceful environment even if it is without business.

external forces/outsourced business partners has good control on the HQ team which is poison for this business. In india they have outsourced HR, Finance, warehouse and even sales team and worse part is outsourced business leader/country head, which is not allowing them to have their own team set-up in India. such a beautiful product and still market share is less than many china brands, since sales team is pathetic.

"A Cautionary Tale: The Toxicity of Hamilton Medical" In today's competitive world, finding a workplace that fosters growth and appreciates talent is essential. Unfortunately, Hamilton Medical, purportedly led by legal consultants, falls short of this mark. From the moment one steps foot into the organization, it becomes apparent that the atmosphere is more akin to a courtroom, with employees cast as accused and the legal consultants as judges. This hierarchical setup, where only a select few are allowed into their comfort zone, breeds a toxic environment where favoritism reigns supreme. The review highlights a disturbing trend where the company prioritizes dealers over the very customers they serve. This misplaced focus on revenue rather than service excellence reflects a fundamental flaw in the company's values. Moreover, the reliance on legal consultants to evaluate employees, irrespective of their field of expertise, is a recipe for disaster. It creates an environment where meritocracy takes a backseat to arbitrary judgments, leading to disillusionment and frustration among employees. The reviewer's personal experience paints a grim picture of how company politics and corruption can tear apart families and ruin livelihoods. Such toxic environments not only affect employees' mental well-being but also have far-reaching consequences on their personal lives. In conclusion, Hamilton Medical serves as a cautionary tale of the dangers of allowing legal consultants to dictate the course of a company. Job security becomes a distant dream, and the pervasive atmosphere of toxicity makes each day a struggle. Prospective employees would be wise to heed this warning and seek out workplaces that prioritize fairness, merit, and employee well-being above all else.

From my 12 years of experience I can tell you that this company is not at all employee friendly atleast this present moment of time 1) In India the entire company is running, organising and controlling by few numbers of third party company. This third party company is basically middle man type of company whose main focus is to keep this company in problem and never allow Hamilton medical to become self dependent in India or else they will loose one high profile overseas permanent client . They always misinterpret employees in front of management just to pretend in front of Switzerland mangement that In India without third party no one can do business . 2)The main problem is with this third party is that they are driven by ego and their personal interest and they have taken all power from company head quater mangement in controlling day to day activities and communicating with employee but unfortunately they don't have any experience in manpower control and also don't have knowledge about medical equipment business environment. When ever problem comes they start blame game to save themself and also to project some one as victim so that they can purge him and go for one new recruitment rather than working as a team . They have created environment of bullying , Mistrust , blame game and all other quality that brings toxicity with in the company which hamper productivity. The third party like to work on their intuition and that is why they are ignoring all the fact , proof submitted by employees. Adviced to supreme higher authority. 1) Kindly judge performance of your third party also like you are judging performance of your own employee. 2)Don't persue your third party blindly this may cause a huge damage to you . 3) never depends on third party fully . Make third party dependency is very limited . 4) Not all employees are bad and to identify them you have to come close to them . Always remember your 'No 'always sounds Good in compared with your third party's 'No' because you recruited them as your own employee. 5)go for experienced third party this will help you . Just ensure your third party must be skilled and they are really doing good for you .it should not be like that they are learning through you and during this process they are causing damage to you . Always remember you are just Clint to your third party. If any damage happened to you this will create negative impact to your business and customer nothing happened to them . Your third party have so many clients but for your honest employees have only one job . now you decide who will world more dedication for you . 6) Don't leave your employees to judge by third party . This will create a huge negative impact on your employees mind. They will feel that they are not your employees rather they are employee of your third party and this will lead them to demotivate because when you are recruiting them your telling them they are your employees. 7) You can purchase service through third party but you can't purchase that touch , commitment which required to grow a team and ultimately a company. 8) treat your team member as your own family member. Talk to them .listen them and then judge but never ever judge any one through others who are driving by their intuition not by fact . 8) It is true Not all employees are good but not all employees are bad also . 8)always remember it is only your team or employees who can help you to bring good result to you and don't push them away by making a wall with the help of third party. 9 )Always remember in human body over active immune system can leads to autoimmune disorder . Over active immune system can not make difference between your healthy cell and invaders and which leads your own immune system to work against you . 10) The more you create the distance with your own employee, things will be more complicated . 11) lack of leadership is one more problem and that is because of lack of trust with in the company. Posted all remarks as a well wishers of the company
