In 8 years of span, two spin-offs happened hence many new things I learned and understand. No doubt I can say loudly Halyard gives me chance to go abroad.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Lean team , heavy workload with very tight timelines. Most of times difficult to breath at least .

The company offers Decent Salary to the candidate, it's may be that the people don't join the company due to negative mouth of words from it's ex employees.

Job insecurity - hiring and firing candidates is normal trend to the company (in India) hence please take care before joining the company and join only if you are jobless and family is in financial crises or you are working in low package and want to increase your CTC however in 2nd situation - please take care to make further change on as early as possible basis.
