Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

...L LEARN ABOUT TEA GARDEN MARKETING, IRRIGATION ENGINEERING MARKET, HDPE PIPES 2. FOLLOWS PF, ESI ETC BASICS , NOT LIKE OTHER SMALL COMPANY WHO JUST GIVE SALARY Cons 1. Self centred company 2. Job can go in one day notice on small issues like taking a phone call inside office/ going out of tea/ joking among coworker 3. Dictatorship is very very prominent 4. Less/poor quality of coworker 5. Backstabbing and pnpc culture and owner support that 6. Higher Management doesn't focus anywhere but tea garden, and won't let anyone focus also. **If you have no other option then only join here!
