Sudden decision on cost cutting will affect the employees who have overtime and extras allowances. Cost cutting means they will try to cut overtime

There is no job security and work satisfaction and no work culture. You feel like you are working 24*7

Nothing special. The pay was high and just a few nice colleagues that I can rely on.

Deadlines, stressful working environment. The work pressure is very high. Multi-tasking and less coaching from superior.

No work life balance, too much workload, no backup person, cannot take a day off otherwise you won't be able to manage your work at all, no support from management & supervisor
