I love that I was a part of the team. H2 manufacturers high quality products. Good Learning, Need to be automize more. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The work pressure is vary high sometimes but NPD training for freshers no provided. Hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step.

Very bad experience. Two times interviewer did not turn up for interview for Head Finance position. No prior intimation of cancellation. Its good that the company disclosed culture even before interview. Whatever happens happens for good. Saved.
