I had working in this organization previous 5 years but as per my experience salary growth is very less.and previous 2 years not getting 100% appraisal also after resignation I did not get Diwali bonus .I was working there in Diwali but not given me bonus very wrost experience.

No management no one here is responsible SO ASM RSM they just look after there number done are not that's it they don't want to know about the market up and down they don't care about the company norms and distributors stock norms no respect for down line executive no job security they terminate without valid reason
