...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

At Haldex there is high job security, management of company is quite friendly with employees. Company having very good policies specially for operating engineers working on machines.

Sometimes it seems to be difficult to maintain work-life balance, also there is a need to improve appraisal process (transparency). Rest all things are best at Haldex.

Haldex has supported all its employees during this pandamic, it arranged all the necessary saftey arrangments for the employees

In Haldex the supervisors don't try to understand the problems of the juniors, career growth is slow

This is swiden MNC company and I like the company due to his work culture was great, And they opportunity for skill devlopement and for unmarried ladies this is safe work place....thats it.

Job sequirty has not confermed,and the management not properly well bihave to employees,they always go back for much production, and his first gole was production only after something think about employees

Haldex is good developed multi-national company. This company is good for diploma fresher students. Company gives better facilities to employee. Its helpful to needed diploma students.
