Lot of politics. No appraisal in salary in regular interval. Work done but no credit which sometimes demotivate the employee. No work from home facilities is provided.

Strong focus on employee skill enhancement. Excellent compensation and benefits package. Positive and respectful company culture.

Offshore rotations and schedules can be stressful. Appraisal system could be more frequent and structured.

The working culture and support of the mentor and seniors is good. You get the experience and knowledge of all major and minor projects from scratch.

Salary and promotion even after showing your performance is not up to the mark.

The pay scale is very low. Worst Management at the top hierarchy level. Don't know how to treat employees, only give too much work pressure even don't value your opinion and hard work. No certification screening and verification would be done during the hiring time, so full of UP, Biharis are inside the company without any eligibility only doing oil massaging to higher management people for the sake of promotion and getting payroll post. Even sub-contractor company has better policy and treatment for their employees than this limited company. Only the company name and fame are big, Mindset of the manager are worst ever I have seen.

...n Assam. First the company don't even have any professionalism towards our job. They offer very less salary and no care about the employee. No medical allowance, no work life balance activities nothing. Most important they even don't provide any kind of training facilities to us. They issued appointment letter for only first year and after that no renewal or no further agreement was made. Means they can kick you out at anytime. Salary increment is very less. Even we employees need to protest for a min 5% increment. No Provident Fund, No NPS, No health insurance nothing is provided by the company. Basically you can say they are providing just daily basis payment system. Even salary is also not regular. Just what to do, you just need to go to the worksite, work and come back. Company has little care about your career. Even after leaving the company, I had to pray multiple times for my experience letter. I mailed 6-7 times after that only I got a simple letter with 2-3 lines of experience letter. There also they even don't mention about the job responsibilities that you carried. Please think twice befor joining it. Your career is totally unsecured here. Initial salary for a B.Tech/Msc Guy is 15000/month
