There is a lot of politics and They are not pay the salary as per salary break up. They are given the offer letter .offer letter shown the LTA but they are not given the any LTA. They are not given the monthly salary (After 4 or 5months they given the only 2 months salary) They are working time is no bounded If they are transfer to me other site ; They are not given the travelling cost.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. As a result I get to travel abroad especially to the us and india

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hour straight in adat as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times

...her benefits for employee. overtime signal rate . Payment is never made on time. the governments one part of the salary is given on time which is very less. The other part is paid by the owner as per his own. huge amounts of employees provident Fund are stolen. every one attendance is shown for only 10 to 15 days for the governments is sitting with its eyes closed and no investigation is being done. such big officers Labour inspector, Labour Commissioner, PF Commissioner do they have any meaning? people working in this company get to know every month what slavery is. if it happens with labour then it is still okay that he gets signal overtime that too after doing 18 hours duty he is paid for 12 hours but the condition of the staff in this company is very bad they are made to work for 18 hrs and in the name of salary they are given Small amounts in two parts they cannot even live and cannot even die, on what basis are they kept.

New mechanical technics for freshers, all type of mechanical works learn practically like fabrication, erection,all mechanical operations.

Dislikes

...or new freshers trainee, work culture is rubbish,no proper safety and equipment. Very less salary for trainee even labour have good salary benefits,supervisor and engineers work very hard but salary is very less.

Salary was given on time every month, say 7th to 10th of each month.

Dislikes

We can't get an emergency leave if any shutdown works are commenced. All the seniors will roam in their native village most of the time and staffs who are working in site can't get vacation on time.
