Salary was given on time every month, say 7th to 10th of each month.

We can't get an emergency leave if any shutdown works are commenced. All the seniors will roam in their native village most of the time and staffs who are working in site can't get vacation on time.

Most worst company I have ever worked. They need people who work free of cost.. Salary will not be given..

Salary will be given once in 3 months. Some times they will transfer site. If asked salary they will say go and ask in your previous site.. No response from HR..

Salary getting very late, almost 2.5 months late for one month. No ,one is there to listen employee problem. No growth in salary and position. Extreme pressure of working .

New mechanical technics for freshers, all type of mechanical works learn practically like fabrication, erection,all mechanical operations.

...or new freshers trainee, work culture is rubbish,no proper safety and equipment. Very less salary for trainee even labour have good salary benefits,supervisor and engineers work very hard but salary is very less.

Extremely negative encounter with Haji AP Bava's authorities concerning payment. Salary not in time. Middle management is the worst. Revisions in HO/RO management are required.
