i worked in gurgaon clinic & eventually find its not corporate ,its some doctor shop with the name of dermaglow clinic.They work like typical baniya.For everything they have statement-i will cut your salary.Seriously,grow up,It cant motivate employees however will force employees to take leave.They dont want smart employees,they want full time servant who can sit there for longer period.Pharmacist guy work like manager coz he does all buttering work,even he only manipulates medicines mrp n expiry date.They dont provide any salary slip.& if provides it comes with dermaglow name not on hairfree hairgrow. don’t recommend to anyone negative points long working hour salary deduction on every small thing not a corporate its dermaglow doctor shop

...el like you are servant & they can ask anything to do since they are paying you.you dont get salary slip & its a franchise set up & always open for salary deduction on any small issues.Basically its family running show & they control employees following their past third class firm-pristyn care culture(Where employees get exploited)
