Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is nothing to write about good things for this company... In my profession career of 10+ year of experience in sales and marketing One of the worst experience ever i get from this company, no job security, nothing.

Dislikes

1) Salery is not in time, after a 1 &half month will get salary even after lots of shouting. 2) No system and plan in work place. 3) suddenly company planning for tour. And send for market visit. 4) not flexibility on pricing with their own products. 5) company dealing there products as like local hub market like wholesalers. 6) For Field team company don't have any strategy for work. 7) No reporting manager. 8) several times several seniors are taking reports everyday. Simply No work strategy no plans nothing. Total waste of time to work in this organisation. 1000% dislike for Hainey Global Pvt Ltd.
