Fully Remote Work, OPD benefits, Quarterly Team Lunches, Charity Donations, Yearly Twice Performance Reviews and at Year end Christmas leaves of 2 weeks.

No Job Safety No one will take care of you Every one is selfish No guidance We can not grow Not regular communication with own team mates Some time we will not get support from our own team mates No training No feedback You need to go blindly in to production by just watching SOPs If have doubts there will be no one to give you support. No one will monitor you Some times we can escape from our complete day work There is no work for the management people, They simply join for meetings with US team. Above to Manager Indian team will not grow, only US people only can get beyond manager Positions. From US team an SRA become directly to TL, and one case they made Director. I don't know how they give promotions like this and their hierarchy for promotion especially for US peoples. They can get any role from any role.
