The higher management is crap. They make idiotic decisions and we have to bear the consequences. No job security nowadays. No good hikes or promotions. Managers here are biased.

... works at home, we can play with kids and watch movies in company laptop itself. Monthly you will get Salary sharp if you don't work also No one will monitor

No Job Safety At any time you can get mail that you are fired and with in minutes you are access will be removed. Forcefully they will ask to resign even good performers also If you are good with US mangers team, Then you can safe, even if you are bottom performer also. Layoffs, Recission Above to Manager roles Only US team will get positions, if you work for 10 years also as manager in Indian team , You will not move beyond that. But from US team they can give Team Leader position for Junior Analyst and they will give Director role for Senior Research Analyst.

No job security,Worst accuracy analysis on employees,Management decisions are too worst and finally US team doesn't listen to Indian employee's decisions. poor work life balance.No hikes and more cost cuttings by Indian management team.

It is ok for people who are from the B.Sc Background, I will suggest them H1 Lifesciences Pvt Ltd. TL and Managers are not up to mark. Due to their decisions, the team will impact.

Lay offs ( Every company gives hike in the month of January but H1 Life Sciences lay offs their employees every January), micro management, too much of work load, deadly targets, immature team leads.
