...ollege during lockdown because of government order but didn't follow government order regarding to payment of salary to the staffs during lockdown period.

Dislikes

They close college during lockdown but didn't pay our salary during lockdown period and even not giving pending salary regularly according to the order of government. They are not following any government rules regarding payment of salary to the staffs. Even there is no increment of salary or promotion to the staffs.

I have a very good & young teammates, for which we have completed our different tasks in a stipulated time period. For private college if you show your extra talents besides your basic, then no body will going to throw you out.With good colleagues I obviously enjoy my work. Finally my present working environment is good in study, research and personal development etc.

Dislikes

The only dislike thing is the salary structure and poor appraisal.
