Policy is Excellent, Work culture is average. Top management is Excellent.

Dislikes

Company are taking people for specific role and responsibility.But they not proper utilised. Local management assigned that person to do unnecessary work that is not relevant to his profile.

Company / Owners had a very big goal and their commitment to work is fantabulous. Although its a start up company in Oil & Gas sector, but they are building the company in a long term vision. Company has invested so much capital in infrastructure and overall project which is not worthy for a startup company. Company needs to have cost control department for a viable project.

Dislikes

There is no such fruitful increment given since its inception. Companies middle management employees were main failure, most of them are incompetent and indecisive. There is no such employee welfare happens in this company, very poor HR contribution for employee welfare. Work progress in the company is slow and the system is not at all transparent and that which has lead to internal politics making work place difficult for honest employees. There is no inter & intra department healthy environment, its completely the higher and middle management failure in creating a healthy working atmosphere.

Traveling is the major issue of this company. Daily it's 5 hours journey to come on site. Despite of many resignation and complaints for this traveling bus issue Hr or admin not taking any action. Pathetic experience.

There is nothing to like about the company. They are still setting up their infrastructure business hasnt started yet.

Dislikes

There is no direction to the function one is hired for. Lots of unclarity in top management. Politically charged atmosphere.
