Nothing as such to be disliked as no matter how much the politics may be there among the management the boss try to give every employee the chance to outshine.

Director of the company is bery good and down to earth. Receptionist is also good. Other employees have alot of attitude.. Even corporate people greet to the new employees so positively.

I joined this company.. On very first day it was a horrible day for me... I was feeling like i should leave the premises in lunch break only that was for only half n hour strictly. Nobody was aware about who is my lining manager... Only receptionist was nice.... Employees keep on talking over personal calls for hours.... No buddy was given to me on first day.... I was sitting next to where broken chairs were kept and broken chair was given to me to seat. I was not aware where the pantry is! Nobody helped me positively for a single thing except receptionists. Director of the company is very down to earth and he should get to know about all this things.

1)Only one washroom is for employees that too in the middle of the congested office 2) Need to bring your own cup for tea/ coffee, which employee should prepare for themselves. 3) Air conditioning is epic, either too cold or not effective. 4) Big list of Rulses and regulations as if some big company, they also don't have that many rules and regulations.
