5. Salary deduction in the name of monthly review.
6. NO holidays!!! Not even Independence day or Diwali or Gandhi Jayanti. The management decides everything according to their mood (which fluctuates quite a lot to be honest).
7. Random 6 days work roster every other week. (The offer letter says 5 days by the way).
8. The HR is the absolute worst and is used to intimidate the employees who try to question any stupid policies or even things like 6-days work or working on official company holidays. The HR personally threatens employees and intimidates them into shutting up or leaving.
9. The customer service department is isolated from the other departments of the company and works from a different location as well and this works in the favour of the management because the employee cannot reach HR/Admin/CEO for any issues.
10. Overall, the Customer Service department is pathetic. Other departments are fine, good even. But CS is a big NO NO.
pathetic people with worst work culture,claims to be a part of voucher gram but operates in the name of Loyalty Fox....fraud in every sense.wont recommend it.owners get into drinking on floor and creates scenarios.handicapped HR- meenakshi is like a puppet for so called owners Ishita and Onika.lame reasons for salary deductions.will ask for extension on every day basis and even ask to log in on weekofs.
company works with many big banks like Axis and HDFC and Indusind,but operates a fishy business.Hr person Meenakshi and Co Owner Onika,plays a dirty game to put salary on hold and then ask employees to put down there papers.no logical approach,hire in teh name of voucher gram,offer letter in the name of Gyftr and work place says Loyalty Fox.
The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a good client. Management is also too good.
The work Pressure is little high but compensation is too good.

While Ishita's management of the CS team is met with satisfaction and positivity, there have been instances where Jasdeep's handling has led to significant dissatisfaction and negative outcomes. It appears that there are challenges in his approach, indicating a lack of proficiency in managing customer service matters effectively.
Given the importance of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality, I believe it is crucial to address this issue promptly. It may require providing additional support, training, or guidance to Jasdeep to enhance his skills and ensure that customer service is consistently handled with excellence.
I urge you to consider this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to rectify the situation. Your attention to this issue is highly appreciated, and I am available to discuss further if needed.

I went for the interview some time ago in this company. CS manager and head toom my interview after HR screening and then the HR told me that it went well and I have to go the main corporate office for the final round of interview.
When I went there then HR head took the final round and told we will let you know.
I waited for 2 days but did not receive any update.
I called HR and texted her but did nit receive any response, later on she email me stating that we have not selected you.
I do not undrestand that the role of HR head taking final round as my interview with operations manager and head was cleared along with hr screening.
This is a genuine review, please do not apply in this company.
