The environment of school was so positive. I found myself lucky to work with teacher's of gyanshree's school they're amazing. Thank you for giving me the opportunity.

I was working as a shadow teacher at gyanshree School, and for us, there are no facilities , and sometimes school staff was disrespectful toward us.

Many, to start off: New Principle's vision is not great... 1) Increased the fees for what?? when parents are trying to reach out to her she is not responding & says it legit to increase the fees as per govt norms...Like seriously? what extra have you added in the school? Already the fees is on the higher side check with parents who are paying for it!! Increasing the fees will not get you close to Step by Step, Lotus valley or for that sake Heritage! 2) NO proper auditorium to hold the annual day functions. Parents don't even get proper/comfortable chairs to sit through the entire function...you get back pains when you watch their form mornings/annual days sitting on cemented stairs. They temselves sit on luxiourius sofas as if they are paying the fees! 3) Timings are a big mess: from 8 to 2.40 it's way over- I know the explanation is, we encourage extracurricular activities, stress on multiple games/activities n what not... My ques to them: can't this happen within the timeframe of 2 P.M? think about small/young kids reaching home at 3.30 what are you giving them time for to sleep again at 9.30-10? 4) Meals & Breaks- some are superb some days some are really questionable on healthy quotient! there should be 3 breaks- 1 in the morning at 9 for Bfast, then at 11 for Fruits...then at 12.30 for lunch.. This makes more sense 5) Teach staff- very few are very good (few), most of the teachers are incompetent I feel. same feedback you will notice from other parents as well.. This school what it was 2 years back is now degrading rapidly..I will make sure I change my wards school next year!! Please get a young principal who can think about the children & parents more of than the school benefits! time has changed.. #Principal pls make note of the above things if it matters!!

My Experience with gyanshree is excellent . The Company Policy for the employees welfare is impressive, Work culture is excellent for new and old both employee and regularly SDP and Workshop are conducted for staff overall development.

The working environment is good. The staff is free of petty politics, and people are cordial and helpful.

Dislikes

Freedom in teaching technique is not much present, and superiors constantly breathing on your neck. Also teachers are not much appreciated for their efforts.
