No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Nothing in particular.. Just the skills which were acquired as a fresher.

Unnecessary salary deductions, poor team management, extreme work load pressure, no work available yet targets are not reduced. No rebate provided if work is not there from client end.

...al peace, don't join here. I have worked for a week and I had to drop my papers. 1st of all there is no clarity regarding the salary. Infact there is no fixed salary only. You will sit for 9 hours and you will be expected to do 40 questions just after the training with all the tools and all. And if you can't do, then we'll, your salary will be deducted. There is no fixed salary. If you do 1 question, then you will get 30Rs. Funny. Isn't it? But wait. You can't call it a freelance also because they are kind to give us paid leaves. How generous. The company is simply making full out of people by taking advantage of the freshers. So save your time and run. And never go with the positive reviews. What they do is, on the very 1st day of the induction, they give you the link and tell you to write a positive review and ofcourse the employees follow that. This is how they are increasing their rating. If there was a chance to give negative rating, I would have given that. Fraud company.

target based salary, once yopu think you will learn, adapt the environment and will reach the targhet ; they will increase the target count and nothing will be achieved. Even after 6 months you will not be able to achieve full salary. Highly frustating; time and hard work waste

Dislikes

There's no job security in this company, both in the case of working and salary. They unnecessarily deducts the money from the salary. And the employees cannot question them regarding this. If someone questions, they will treat the employees with a ruling attitude in the most disrespectful way.
