The colleagues extremely supportive and encouraging, children are sweet, there are many opportunities to prove oneself.

Dislikes

The workload is not feasible for one person. Pay is abysmal- inversely proportional to the amount of work that one has to do. Too many mindless administrative tasks, archaic system of working.

School not supported me as well as my other schools staff teachers. They block our salary in this pandemic situation. School said that they will give us salary by cheque. They will not transfer in our account. Gyan Baharti School is nt supported me.

Work culture is not good for teachers. School management is very poor. I have worked in so many schools but I have very bad experience about Gyan Baharti School.

Likes

Teaching gave me sometime to think about different subject matters and to explore my knowledge and expertise while dealing / working with children. I have learned different levels of expertise which I never thought when I started my career as a teacher because of exploration of knowledge. Today I feel proud of being a teacher because of immense knowledge I gained and channeled myself. But being a teacher in a school there is restriction but its ok because of thinking level. As a teacher I can not make children touch the sky but I can make them feel in the sky when they explore different subject matters of their choice.

Dislikes

I really don't like groupism and dirty politics.
