I Like 2nd and 4th saturday off in a month. Atmosphere is ok and like Government job... No bonus policy is available in Diwali festival.. I did not get appraisal and increment since 2 years and arrear also. Future is not secure

... both and not got arrear. HR policy is run by only depend on HR head personal. Salary is credited in account after 2-3 months. Salary is credited after mid of months. Its not good company to get make anybody future. Its very big currupted company.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

...ly harassment of employee during meetings. Poor HR policy, no work life balance. PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.
