Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

...ly harassment of employee during meetings. Poor HR policy, no work life balance. PLI in monthly salary to threaten employee of forceful deduction. First month just half salary as PLI part is not available at first month.

There is so much unusual pressure on the employees, Salary coming very late, they cut the salary on performance.

... supportive but the management is not transparent. There is a rubbish cafeteria. company policies are not good, salary is also not good and does not get bonus

there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before whivh you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joinees
