Salary is too low for the doctor in telangana and Ap please try to fix that the avg salary of veterinarian is 56100 rs as per govt gazette but these companies r looting money from us and even salary is not credited as per time worst culture of gvk

Felt good to work and have a lot to learn. GVK EMRI teaches humanity about people, knows how to bring out the best in a worker.

We were not given any promotion or bonus in the festival in 5 years, nor were we allowed to work further at the same salary and we were told that you were under a 5 year contract with me.

Salary is paid on time mostly. This is the only benefit, not that it really is one, but nothing else seems to come to mind.

Dislikes

No yearly leaves, no medical insurance despite working in the healthcare field, no yearly promotion, no salary increments. The same old contract is renewed yearly. No chance of being hired permanently. You are treated like French Leather, on a use and throw basis. Other employees, who are not doctors think that they can do your job, just because you do your job with ease. They can't understand why you make more money than them. They are frustrated that they are paid less. Instead of facing the HR and complaining, they grumble as to why a doctor makes much more than them. This is the IQ of the staff. And the HR thinks they are the bosses. Instead of being able to liase with the HR, whenever an issue arises, the HR just puts blame on the Head office at Secunderabad. The HR is so ridiculous that they handed me my contract after completing one year of work for the company.

... ,things happen well. After resignation i will service 10 days in notice period. But these 10 days salary i will not receive upto till now (65+ days spent ). If this was done,then i also rejoin gvk in future.

Very bad experience with gvk emri. There is no job safty and no salaries on time. Working very low salary and no annual increment since last five years. No proper overtime payment also.

Its not a employee friendly organization. The main objective of gvk emri is earning money from government and not paying proper salary to employees. They are not providing basic necessities of employees. No annual hike since last five years. No sufficient man power in this organisation. No minimum wages salaries to emplyoees. All the way they are cheating the government with fake documentation. I am so sad to say that I just spoiled my career of 11 valuable years with this organisation. They are highlighting their vision as non profitable organisation,but the one and only aim is that to make only profits and not at all caring the feelings of their emplyoees who are suffering in field for their economic growth. Very bad experience with gvk emri.
