Salary is paid on time mostly. This is the only benefit, not that it really is one, but nothing else seems to come to mind.

No yearly leaves, no medical insurance despite working in the healthcare field, no yearly promotion, no salary increments. The same old contract is renewed yearly. No chance of being hired permanently. You are treated like French Leather, on a use and throw basis. Other employees, who are not doctors think that they can do your job, just because you do your job with ease. They can't understand why you make more money than them. They are frustrated that they are paid less. Instead of facing the HR and complaining, they grumble as to why a doctor makes much more than them. This is the IQ of the staff. And the HR thinks they are the bosses. Instead of being able to liase with the HR, whenever an issue arises, the HR just puts blame on the Head office at Secunderabad. The HR is so ridiculous that they handed me my contract after completing one year of work for the company.

Challenge job. Good work environment and culture treatment are supported and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not decent but career growth is slow.

Duty hrs are fixed except emergency response officers. Salary also slightly above average.

Interviewed and selected for Process Manager... Recd joining letter for Asstt Process Manager ... and finally working as Team Leader with no Identity card even after around one yr of joining despite multiple requests to hr. So HR is like Mumbai rains :)

Flattery is the only way to exist in GVK EMRI. Not allowed to speak for wrong. Always ready to cut salary in some or other way. Hidden policies which will be disclosed only when you have to be punished. Few people get 2-3 promotions in a year and few do not get any promotion through years.

Overall it is ok to work in this only if you don't find any other job.Most of the people here in this company are seniors who are there from very beginning of the company. And others are staying with for long time.

Dislikes

Salary is low compare to the market. They give you good position but pay will be less. And it is slow process here, whatever you want to do, have to take multiple approvals and it takes weeks work to be done
