Nothing at all. Everything about this company is poor be it your salary or be it your skill development etc whatever you can guess. one perk i did get from the MD is a bit flexible timings so that i could attend college(7:30 to 10 AM) as well as office(10:30-7pm) as i was studying MCA at the same time.

Dislikes

1. Salary once in 3 months.(still waiting for my pending salary since 2020 april which i know i wont be getting ;_;) 2. No professional letters/experience certificate whatsoever 3. no growth opportunity. 4. you'll either get a 100man job to do it alone within a month or same dummy designing a demo webpage for clients for eternity. 5. Owner/MD is very negative minded person about everything 6. Internal politics if 10+ employees if 4-5 employees then expect to hear backlashes about how old employees messed up company's reputation. 7. once you become tired with low salary and decide to leave the job then you wont get any pending salaries once MD hears about this whatever you do. you wont get anything at all after you decide to leave. also be prepared to hear stuff like what did he do for us for our company? nothing he was slacking around and wasting time ( even if you were among the only few persons working honestly in that company ) 8. owner have no idea how to quote price for a project. so asks very less for a six figure project which i have personally seen. 9. MD is the supreme. no HR no nothing. in every kind of decision making. even if that decision is going to destroy the company's reputation. 10. Expect mass hiring & firing in every 6 months or so.(from 2019 to 2020 i have seen employee capacity from 20+ to 3 people max apart from MD nd his brother). 11. dont trust google map's 5 star reviews. 70-80% of those are fake. Mr sasank or Mr Shruti if either of you are reading my review dont just text me a thank you and block me from your whatsapp. try to do better for your own company. know the strength of your employees what they can do and take projects accordingly. try to learn latest tech stack. dont stay in 90's. technology has evolved way more than you could ever imagine. so learn those or try to use those techs instead. if you cant pay salary to your employees then dont hire. just shut down your good for nothing business. In the end you reap what you sow.
