The direct writing manager who I was working under she was quite nice, her name was Priya.

Dislikes

... took any leaves then it would affect my probation and so I just kept suffering. They also don't give any other perks besides the pay, no laptops, no nothing. I ordered a mouse for myself to get up to speed but it arrived after I got fired. The HR that fired me, he was brutal. If the company has decided that they want to fire someone, there is nothing the employee (me) can say or do to stop it, but the LEAST you can expect is a POLITE TONE. Idk why he kept cutting me off.

You get to have the opportunity to be cross-skilled. There are a lot of tasks I was not familiar of before joining Gush and the company helped me boost my confidence in trying new niches and achieve a positive outcome.

Dislikes

No clear standards and process for salary increases.
