Gurully is a great place to work, every employee is treated with the utmost respect. Apart from work, We do have fun on special occasions and festivals as well as celebrate a fun Friday every month by playing games and having delicious snacks. Also, a big shoutout to Nareshbhai for making us special tea/coffee which helps us to boost energy for completing our daily tasks.

Dislikes

As of now, I do not have any complaints about working at Gurully. I did not like working on weekends but again that problem is going to be solved soon in the coming months so overall, there's nothing to dislike.

You get a chance to work with supportive team members . Even a better work life balance . It's a place where you can present your views and suggestion which are even considered by the higher management . This ultimately helps in the overall development of an employee working experience .

From the outside it might seem like the perfect company. The only thing that I liked was working timing on paper.

Dislikes

Firing without notice, without papers and denying and threatening for experience letter. Also, Hitesh, the founder had the audacity to call my next two employers and tell not to hire me. My asking questions and any minor disagreement while working together was deemed a threat to his fragile ego.
