No work culture, no fair approach, no dignity of teachers, anyone can be fired without any prior warning or notice, no human behaviour, things n decisions are extremely biased, huge favouritism, opportunities are not for deserving, no team spirit, seniors are humiliating teachers, teachers are getting confronted in from of all, no approach to find the innate potentials of their resources, I went there with umpteen high hopes to enhance my learning n skills, but....here no ethics and values... No value n care of their assets

Working in Gurukul was the best decision of my life. I was able to explore myself in many ways. I had a team of the best English teachers and the best bosses to work with. Gurukul doesn't bind it's teachers rather it gives them wings.
