New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Leaves are easily available and no salary cuts because of leaves.

... not at all transparent. There is not even a canteen inside the school premises. The policies are very self centric, no appraisals and no hikes in salary. All good is because of them and all bad is because of you. Narrow minded and a pessimistic management. Policies and the working changes 10 times in a day. Ask for your time table on a daily basis as there is no specific time table and the mistake is all yours if you are not in the class timely. The date of receiving the salary is also not fixed, you receive your salary on the 20th of next month. I would never recommend this school.
