I think i like the infrastructure of the college where i had worked as there were systems for doing practicals and students take their own initiative for learning technology with help of teachers.

Dislikes

salary pay is very less i was getting Rs.30,000 pm that too Rs 1000 per day basis. I think it would be better to raise salary for contractual teachers.

Hi, I was working in an institution affiliated to IPU. They asked me to leave the job after the contract got over. Now I am unemployed. So, my suggestion is the university should not allow the institutions to hire on contract basis.
