...rtive and the management is transparent. Company policies are not bad and good .They give good salary hike and but not bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and but the management does address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is not a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given too joines.

Managing Director of the group is dynamic. is good. Board of Director Always promote employees if any one wants to do better out of framework .

Co-ordination problem. Top Executives of the Management does not maintain team work.

The company is latest technology high quality products and has a global client base as aresult ilalso like the emplloyee re hire policy here

The work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day as ibhave tobattend client calls in the evening

Could be organized atleast a bit in every department. All department staffs must be equally responsible to complete their role perfectly for 100%deliveryOnly Merchandiser is answerablequality and quantity)
