I don’t want to suggest anyone to join the MIS IT team because there are no technical work. Only hardware support or inventory guys can join the MIS IT. If anyone get chance to work with OPS IT team. That’s good. OPS IT having cloud and in-house server technology and most of server are with ubuntu OS. Please confirm the department name before to join basically they suggest only IT name not the full name as MIS IT or OPS IT. Rest of things are okay. Culture is also okay and five day week, (Sat-Sun) general shift 9 to 6.

Bonus and appraisal: July month only. You are not eligible for the bonus If you leave before 30-June. There are no Cons apart from this.

..., the pressure was not much, it was chill, but that led me to not learning much. Good salary and compensation. Large team.

I like that this company gives lot of benefits other than low pay like anxiety, burnout, long hours, and harassment of employees.

Dislikes

1. It is a company filled of couch potatoes who are cog in the wheel. 2. Here you just need to ensure the "ego" of these couch potatoes is not hurt. 3. There is no invention here, especially in the product team. They have not been successful in bringing in impact from the product. They should rather call themselves a service-based org (a failed ones). 4. There are incompetent folks sitting at the ranks of Director and Senior Director here, who has no qualification to justify the designation either skill-wise or degree wise but since they were successful in giving good ego massage to the leadership hence they are sitting there. 5. Worst part is the VP HR herself is a hooligan here. You cannot go anywhere, here the entire machinery is to screw the employees.

low salary, favouritism, management favouring own people, pay disparity even if you are in a higher position you will be given raise as per your salary not as per the position's bracket. You will earn lower then your juniors in slaary.
