Very low salary. As company hire low salary people they end up hiring irrelevant people for the job role. Because of which the quality of a team detoriat. Alterations level is very high. HR process is very very very very very very very slow and negotiation skills is very bad. HR feels they have good negotiation skills however because of this they end of hiring low talented people.

Likes

They fired around 6 Managers & Dept heads in around 2 yrs. Technology update is good worked with products that were designed in Europe with really good engineers.

Dislikes

Annul Appraisal process is very very bad, process from employee is completed by 15 Dec & Jan salary is expected as appraised but it takes like 4 - 5 months to get official letters & lot of politics in that.

Gunnebo is well-known company in India, They are into security product. company has excellent policies for compensation, benefits, company culture is very good, I am working here since 12 years. I like the company.

A leading security provider MNC company with fair growth every year. Got opportunity to work on cross country projects with exposure to various cultures ,meeting people from different countries. Travel abroad. Got the career progression to move from Procurement role to Operations role.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but progression is very slow and not based on experience & skills but on some minimum tenure gap of 3-4 years for every level. Very less on job functional trainings and limited exposure to outside world technology.

One of the worst companies I have ever seen in my entire 7-year career. I just completed 1 year here, and in this time, I have witnessed numerous issues. The senior manager refuses to grant us leaves—neither Indian holidays nor client holidays. Whenever a holiday is approaching, he always comes up with some new issue to keep us occupied. Every day, we are subjected to his unnecessary lectures and are forced to prepare manual trackers because he wants to know what we were doing every single minute. This behavior from the senior manager is highly frustrating. Additionally, there are so many other issues I haven't even mentioned here. As for the onshore FCs, over the past year, they set up a new finance center in India, and we are part of the pilot batch. We have given our 100% to clear the backlog and streamline the processes. Despite receiving appreciation from all the FCs throughout the year, when it comes to appraisals, they suddenly claim that they don’t like the performance of the India team and suggest replacing us with new workers. This is absolute nonsense and completely unacceptable. NOTE: IF ANYBODY WANTS TO RUIN THERE CAREER AND PEACE OF MIND THEN YOU ARE MOST WELCOME.
